The application process
How does the recruitment process work at Volkswagen Financial Services Australia?
Once you have completed your application on Seek or emailed your resume to the Recruitment Team, your application will be reviewed.
If you are successful in being shortlisted for an interview, you will be contacted by a member of the Recruitment Team to arrange a mutually convenient time to meet. In most cases, the first interview will be conducted by a member of the Recruitment Team. From there, applications are further shortlisted and second interviews are arranged. All second interviews are conducted by the relevant departmental manager(s).
Prior to offering employment to any applicant a member of the Recruitment Team will conduct reference checks based on the information you have provided and of course upon receiving your consent.
Finally, successful applicants are contacted by a member of the Recruitment Team who will extend a verbal offer of employment which is followed by a written Employment Agreement.
All offers of employment will be subject to a successful completion of a background check.
